Rich entered the industry as a low-polygon modeller, with art and illustration qualifications, then quickly moved to game design and is now entering his 24th year in the industry. He manages the Game Design Team at both Ubisoft Leamington and Ubisoft Reflections. Most recently he has been involved with the extended content for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, ensuring that the Game Design team meets or exceeds the desired levels of quality that are demanded of the brand and cross-site partners. Having been involved in many and varied genres of games, Rich brings an extensive game design knowledge to whichever team he is working with at Ubisoft’s AAA games studios.
