A passionate animator and game dev with over 18 years of experience with over 45 published titles across all platforms and genres, with hand key animation skills, leadership experience, pipeline development, a cross discipline development specialist and a deep knowledge of rigging, scripting and tooling for games animation.
My career focus is to create life, appeal and personality in characters and experiences for players, continually challenging and improving my knowledge and practical skills as an animator, games developer and storyteller. To work with talented and creative people and be part of crafting experiences that are unique and memorable.

• Experience lead animation teams and delivering animation to the set style and quality of the project while staying on schedule.
• Experience delivering entire projects from conception to release, including character technical pipelines.
• Understanding of leading an animation team, sharing best practises, providing and receiving critique, using my technical skills to help all of us overcome production hurdles and staying consistent in style throughout.
• Experience of working across disciplines to execute more than just “my part” of a project.
• Able to see the “big picture” of a development project, flagging potential issues early, helping solve technical / logistical problems, reducing blockers, and contributing to game ideas as part of a whole team.
• Understanding of multiple technologies / middleware’s and pipelines across many platforms from low end mobile to high end PC / console.
• Strong understanding of the overall game development process, both technically and creatively.
• Working knowledge of the principles and practises of Maya rigging, Python, MEL, C#, PyQt.
• Experience in teams using Agile / Scrum work practises.
• Software: Autodesk Maya, Unity, Unreal, Adobe Suite, Da Vinci Products.
